SAP Finance Techno-Functional Consultant (Contract)

Location: Cork, Hybrid.
Contract Length: 6 Months (rolling)

Daily Rate: €470

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Techno-Functional Consultant to support our client with a major finance system expansion within an existing SAP ERP. The consultant will play a key role in configuration, integration and deployment activities, ensuring seamless financial processes and system integration across modules, with particular focus on costing, billing, and integration with logistics and supply chain modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Finance (FI) configuration activities as part of a finance system rollout.
• Support end-to-end implementation and integration within the current SAP ERP landscape.
• Configure and optimise Costing and Billing processes within SAP Finance.
• Ensure integration with Logistics and Supply Chain modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, supply chain and IT.
• Assist with system testing, validation and troubleshooting during rollout phases.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP FI best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP FI configuration experience in SAP ERP.
• Strong experience in: Costing, Billing and Integration with wider SAP Supply Chain/Manufacturing modules.
• Ability to work as a technical expert within complex SAP environments.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale SAP rollouts and entity integrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
